In 2016, O’Reilly Media approached me to write a book. ‘Designing for Mixed Reality’ looked at the (then, maybe even now) emergent field of user experience design in a spatialized context. It was one of the first books to be written by a designer that focused on this new, exciting era of design. I’m often surprised when people mention that they have read it - and always feel a sense of achievement when I’m told that it helped guide them into this field of work.
