I’ve been producing music since the mid 1990’s - first on the legendary Reinforced Records under the name Eniac (and as Searchengine with longtime friend and label partner Ben Bashford). In early 2001 I started producing as Remoteworker (funny - now seems way ahead and almost prescient) - a more experimental electronica moniker and alias. Remoteworker’s first release was on the now long defunct CBB label. In 2008 I gathered up some unreleased tracks that were lying around, and put them up on Soundcloud - you can listen to them here.

I create music in Solaplex Studio - a fully solar-powered recording studio at my Mojave Desert compound.

REMOTEWORKER

REMOTEWORKER

  • Interregnum (album 2024)

An odyssey through the vast darkness of the desert nightscape, a lucid meeting of the past and the present. Distant lights, and sounds echo through the canyon walls. Mountain top antennae and revolving radar dishes scattered across the vista, humming and pulsating through the void. This album explores further into the idiosyncrasies of the space - at once lost, but also entirely found…. transmissions abound...

  • Pinnacles (album 2021)

The Desert of the Real. Three years of travel through the outer limits culminates in a journey through sound and texture, traversing ghost towns and lost canyons, arid landscapes that hum and pulse. Sky oddities and…did you just hear that?

  • Polarity (single 2018)

A journey through a relentless twisting bassline, hints of electrification along the way.

  • Protect Me From What I Want (album 2001)

My debut album that came out on my record label (CBB) that departed from my previous works as Eniac and SearchEngine, and explores synthetic electronic textures and plasticized beats.
